Commercial clients need more than a good result. They need to know that the people handling their information and reporting on subjects have been properly checked, and that the work will hold up if it ends up in front of a tribunal or a court.
We operate three systems built to recognised standards.
Information Security, compliant with ISO 27001
Surveillance work generates sensitive material. Images, movement patterns, and personal data on named individuals. Our Information Security Management System is built in accordance with ISO 27001 and governs how that material is captured, stored, transmitted and destroyed, and who can access it at each stage.
For you this means a documented chain of custody, defined retention periods, and a clear position under UK GDPR when your legal team asks how the evidence was handled.
Staff Screening to BS 7858
Every operative is screened to BS 7858, the British Standard for security screening in environments where the safety of people, goods or property is a factor. That covers identity and right to work, a five year employment history with any gaps accounted for, financial checks, and criminal record checks.
Quality Management, compliant with ISO 9001
Our Quality Management System is built in accordance with ISO 9001 and governs how instructions are scoped, assigned, briefed, recorded and reviewed.
For you this means consistent reporting formats, a defined point of contact and escalation route on every job, and a corrective action process when something does not go to plan
